How do I backup the database?

Click backup on the program main menu. Select backup and choose a backup location. The default location is on the program directory but alternative locations can be chosen including removable media like USB sticks portable drives CD/DVD. Network locations can also be used.

How do I restore a backup?

To restore a backup select Backup > Restore and select the backup you want to restore. If the file is not in the default location click "Restore from a different location" to open a file dialog. Restoring data destroys any data already entered.
