Upgrades

We do not charge for upgrading a product to a new version, we want you to benefit from new features when they become available.

For most products all you need to do is to download and install the latest release, it will use the same serial code.

Golden Arrow 4

To upgrade to Golden Arrow 4 you need to log into your account on this site and use the upgrade facility to request a new serial code, its as simple as that. You can access your account using the "Customer Log In" button at the top of the page. You will need the same email address you used when you first bought one of our products, and your password. If you cannot remember your password use the reminder service to reset it.

Once logged in select your order. If the product is upgradable you will see a small "Upgrade" button under the order details. Click this and a new serial code will be allocated and added to your order at no cost.

Golden Records 2

To upgrade to Golden Records 2 you need to log into your account on this site and use the upgrade facility to request a new serial code, its as simple as that.
