After entering records it is desired to change or add the starting handicap for the season.

There is no easy way to specify a starting handicap in the middle of a season. You can do this by backing up your data and then deleting all entries in the handicaps table for the relevant season. Enter the starting handicaps and then use the handicap re-calculation function to re-compute the archer handicaps which will then re-build the table.
